1 & 2 OCTOBER 2016 | GLASGOW City Centre | 10k & HALF MARATHON

Bank of Scotland Great Scottish Run

Fancy a running challenge in 2016? Then why not take your pick from the 10k or the half marathon events on Sunday 2 October through the streets of Glasgow?

Soak up the atmosphere and support provided by thousands of supporters lining the streets, music and bands on the run, charity cheering points... and of course, performances from some of Scotland’s finest bagpipers, keeping you motivated to the end.

Alternatively, head to George Square on Saturday 1 October for the Super Saturday events - perfect for the kids and a family day out.

No matter your ability or level of fitness, there's something for everyone to choose from.

Last year we saw more women than men take part in the 10k – a first for a Great Run event and a brilliant achievement for the sport. We also welcomed more participants to the five events than ever before, so thank you to everyone who made it Scotland’s biggest ever weekend of running.

Let's make it bigger and better this year!
